Casa Indah Residence (“Casa”) is a residential development in Kuantan, Pahang, with an estimated gross development value (“GDV”) of RM190 million. Strategically located within a growing suburban corridor, Casa spans approximately 39 acres (comprising 30 acres of development land and 9 acres of undeveloped leasehold land) and will feature 454 single-storey terraced homes. Designed to offer a balance of comfort, practicality, and connectivity, the project is scheduled for phased completion by the third quarter of 2032, subject to requisite approvals and prevailing market conditions. Upon completion, Casa Indah Residence is expected to provide affordable and quality homes catering to the needs of the community.
