Bandar Tasek Raja in Kelantan

Bandar Tasek Raja is situated in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This is a joint venture development project between the Kelantan state government, Majlis Daerah Pasir Mas and Eastern Biscuit Factory Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meta Bright Group Berhad (formely known as Eastland Equity Bhd.). The gross development value of this project is RM179 million.

Bandar Tasek Raja has high accessibility from all locations in Kelantan. It is about 2 km away from Pasir Mas town, 19 km from the capital Kota Bharu and 20 km from Rantau Panjang. With a land area of approximately 31 acres, the development consists of a central market, bus and taxi terminal, departmental store and 266 units of single to 3-storey shop office. Bandar Tasek Raja will be the new modern commercial hub in Kelantan.

The project was officially launched on 8 October 2010 and will be carried out in two phases. The first phase consists of 112 units of shop office and departmental store at gross development value of RM42 million. The first phase also includes development of the central market, bus & taxi terminal and surau. The second phase consists of 154 units of 3-storey shop office with basement at gross development value of RM128 million. Both phases are currently open for sale. The first phase of the project has been completed and handed over in May 2016. We have commenced with Phase 2 development since October 2017. The building structure of first block of 14 units had been fully constructed, while the remaining of the units will be constructed in stages commensurate with market demand.
