Adjacent to The Grand Renai Hotel are the Kota Sri Mutiara shopping complex and a Mutiara Tower condominium. The 6-storey shopping complex with a total floor area of approximately 34,400 square meters consists of a supermarket, food court and about 100 units of shoplots. It provides great convenience to the condominium's residents and the Hotel guests. The 23-storey condominium consists of 159 units of apartments where most of the units are sold to various buyers. We are currently managing a small number of unsold units as serviced apartment.
